We want you to be completely satisfied with your Club L London purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the garments are unworn to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.

  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
